We always accept a return in 14 days, but under the conditions, that the item returned is received in the same condition as delivered, i.e. no damage, no proof house stamp or missing parts. Firearms who has been used will not be as accepted by return. We therefore take the right to reject returns which has this “damage”. Freight costs for returns are to be paid by the customer.

If any goods need to be returned for a refund please enclose your details and a note of explanation. Postage will not be refunded. If you need to exchange goods repackage them carefully and enclose a note with your address, action to be taken and a repeat postage charge. If your order was faulty upon receipt or incorrectly supplied by Bisgaard & Nielsen then no postage charge need be enclosed.

Please note that shipping is on the clients risk and costs. We will pack your items as carefully and thoroughly as possible and send them to your delivery address. When receiving your parcel, please immediatly check the packing, and if it is damaged, please proceed according to the following directions:


  • Damaged packing: Please ask the delivery service to comfirm the damage of the parcel. Check the contents for damages and have them confirmed by the deliveryman.
  • Unharmed packing/damaged content: Please check immediatly if any items are damaged. Inform the delivery service ASAP and ask for a damage report and inform us. Within 5 working days we need the following informations: Damage report, photos of the damage, short description of the damage and your name, address and the item number.
