Cal 7x57 Mauser 1893 System. Maker : OVIEDO 1925 ? The surface has a patina of corrosian, a cleaning would certainly help. Traces of changing the barrel (during its service life). This rifle has not been used for several decades and the barrel is dull and the surface raw, but through a "firelapping" it could be saved. This rifle has been brought back from Spain with a voluntary from the International Brigade.
