We always accept returns within 14 days under the conditions that the item returned is received in the same condition as delivered, i.e. no damages, no proof house stamp or missing parts. Firearms that have been used will not be accepted when returned. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not live up to these criterias. Postage is to be paid by the customer. Postage will not be refunded.   

In order to receive a refund, please enclose your details and a note that explains the reason for the return. In case of an exchange, please repack the items carefully and enclose a note with your address, action to be taken and the postage charge. If your order was faulty or incorrectly supplied by Bisgaard & Nielsen, no postage charge will need be enclosed.

Please note that shipping is on clients' risk and cost. We will pack your items as carefully and thoroughly as possible and send them to your delivery address. When receiving your parcel, please immediately check the packing, and if it is damaged, please proceed according to the following directions:

  • Damaged packing: Please ask the delivery service to confirm the damage of the parcel. Check the contents for damages and have them confirmed by the delivery service.
  • Unharmed packing/damaged content: Please check immediately if any items are damaged. Inform the delivery service ASAP and ask for a damage report and inform us hereof. Within 5 working days, we need the following information: The damage report, photos of the damage, a short description of the damage and your name, address and the item number.
